Provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Unionville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement and follow behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training sessions
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification (required), CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience working with children and a passion for supporting children with special needs
- Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activities
