Job Summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Asheboro, NC. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a crucial role in providing personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients across diverse environments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBACollect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Job Qualifications and Skills

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
