Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home settings using individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect accurate session data and complete progress notes to document client development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, colleagues, and caregivers to support client goals and maintain consistency across treatment.
• Create a positive, engaging therapeutic environment that encourages learning, independence, and skill development.
• Follow individualized treatment protocols and provide compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support clients' basic needs as appropriate to their care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children and families succeed.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, collect data accurately, and work collaboratively with a clinical team.

Pay

Competitive pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour.
