Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized instruction based on each student’s IEP goals
  • Support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and life skill growth
  • Collect and report data to monitor student progress and guide instructional decisions
  • Partner with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency and support across environments

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or a minimum of 48 semester credit hours from an accredited institution
  • At least three months of professional or internship experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance coverage
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
  • Able to remain patient, adaptable, and professional in dynamic learning environments

  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral or learning differences
  • Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for promoting academic, behavioral, and life skill growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, teachers, and clinicians

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
