Behavior Technician (BT)

About the role

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
• Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

Preferred but not required:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Essential:

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing high-quality care and support to children and families
