About the role
Childwise ABA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in individualized treatment for children with autism. Our dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivers evidence-based services that help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while increasing independence and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals
Qualifications
- No ABA experience required – paid training provided
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and professional

Compensation and Schedule
- $22–$28 per hour
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Monday–Friday schedules available
- Weekend opportunities available
- 10–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
