As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while helping them become more independent. No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed! Join our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism through compassionate care and evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Support independence and positive behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required - Paid Training
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and positive
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Passion for helping children succeed

Pay

Hourly Rate: $22–$28

Schedule

Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Flexible scheduling based on availability
