Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in various settings.
• Help learners gain life skills that enhance independence.
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record accurate data and write detailed session notes to support decision-making by BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Enroll in the 40-hour RBT course within 1-2 days of hire.
• Complete the 40-hour RBT course within 7-14 days of hire.
• Schedule and complete the RBT Competency Assessment within 15 days of hire.
• Obtain full RBT certification within 30 days of hire (training period compensated).

Benefits

• $25.00-$30.00 per hour (increases to $30 hourly once certified)
