Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy in homes or centers following treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors
- Assist children with autism and developmental needs in building communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for working with children; experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability
- Ability to pass background check; CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
