Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBAC
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
- Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children, childcare, education, or behavioral health preferred
- Interest in ABA therapy, mental health technician, or behavior technician training roles
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
Paid Training & RBT Certification Path
- Paid onboarding and hands-on training
- 40-hour RBT training program included
- Ongoing supervision toward Registered Behavior Technician certification
