Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBAC
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
  • Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience working with children, childcare, education, or behavioral health preferred
  • Interest in ABA therapy, mental health technician, or behavior technician training roles
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism

Paid Training & RBT Certification Path

  • Paid onboarding and hands-on training
  • 40-hour RBT training program included
  • Ongoing supervision toward Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
