Behavior Technician (BT) / ABA Therapist

About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians in Easton, MD and surrounding areas. We provide comprehensive training for our in-house team members who wish to pursue a BCBA certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Implement the specific therapy program designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that promote child independence and success.
• Write detailed session notes and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Experience implementing ABA therapy preferred.
