Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. Positions are available for both experienced ABA Professionals and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic
  • Draft reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals
  • Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs
  • Create engaging and fun learning experiences
  • Foster a supportive and caring environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required
  • A valid drivers license and vehicle

  • Knowledge of ABA principles

Pay

Compensation is competitive and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for those committing to late day/evening slots, which is inclusive of PT employees.
