Position Qualifications For a Behavior Technician (BHT)
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- PREFERRED: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
