Job Description Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Position: Behavior Therapist Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour Where And How You Can Work In-person sessions in the Sacramento, CA areaHome, school, and community-based settingsPart-time scheduleAvailability required: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PMMinimum 10 hours per week; 15–20 hours maximum per week What You’d Be Doing In This Role You’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways.
