The Behavior Lab is a home-based ABA therapy company focused on providing personalized therapy to children with behavioral challenges or autism diagnoses. Our mission is to help children develop essential life skills through play-based, supportive environments.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques
• Make learning fun through structured play and interactive activities
• Track progress and collect data on skill development and behaviors
• Communicate with families and team members to ensure consistent support
• Help adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needs
• Bring creativity, energy, and patience to every session

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required
• College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
• A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings
• Tech-savvy and organized with a positive and creative mindset
• Able to work flexible hours including after school and evenings
