Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)
About the role
Coyne & Associates is a 20+ year-old agency dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and autism. Our team is small and close-knit, ensuring you'll feel supported and valued. You'll work directly with children aged 1-12, under the guidance of BCBA supervisors who understand your needs.
Responsibilities
- Play (we mean work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism
- Bring lesson plans to life like a teaching wizard
- Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture meaningful details
- Coach caregivers to incorporate ABA techniques into daily routines
Requirements
- 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
- 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children
Qualifications
- Ages 21+
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
