About the role

Join Coyne & Associates, a close-knit ABA agency with over 20 years of experience, where you’ll work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays or autism in their homes. You’ll bring lesson plans to life, track progress, and coach caregivers to integrate ABA techniques into daily life. No formal experience is required—just a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, implementing individualized lesson plans.
  • Track progress, document session details, and celebrate milestones with caregivers.
  • Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in everyday routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years of experience in early intervention.
  • Ages 21+ with a valid driver’s license, car, and auto insurance (required by our insurance).

Pay

$21–$27/hour, with paid training at your full rate. Additional compensation includes:

  • Drive time pay (minimum wage for travel between clients).
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Overtime pay (per state/federal laws).
  • Last-minute cancellation pay.
  • Eligibility for incentives and bonuses (e.g., referral bonuses).

  • Children, babysitting, behavior technician, social skills, psychology, sociology, ABA, behavior therapist, behavioral health, behavior specialist, ABA therapist, childcare, teacher assistant, teacher’s aide, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, youth program coordinator, direct support professional, behavioral/social sciences, behavioral health technician, mental health specialist, camp counselor, coach, or caregiver.
