Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)

Coyne & Associates has been making a difference in the lives of children for over 20 years, offering a supportive and engaging environment for technicians. You'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and have opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Play (we mean work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism
• Bring lesson plans to life like a teaching wizard
• Track progress and celebrate wins
• Coach caregivers to incorporate ABA techniques into daily routines

Requirements

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children
• Ages 21+ (our insurance policy requires it)
• Car with a valid driver’s license and insurance

Qualifications

• Pass a background check with a criminal history potentially disqualifying an applicant from employment
• Experience driving to and from client homes in various areas around the designated region with your own vehicle
• Use a Company-issued iPad for data collection

Schedule

Pay

Compensation range: Up to $27/hr. Overtime pay, drive time pay, and other benefits apply.
