Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required)
About the role

Responsibilities
- Play (we mean work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism
- Bring lesson plans to life like a teaching wizard
- Track progress and celebrate wins
- Coach caregivers to incorporate ABA techniques into daily routines
Requirements
- 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
- 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children
- Ages 21+ (our insurance policy requires it)
- Car with a valid driver’s license and insurance
Qualifications
- Pass a background check with a criminal history potentially disqualifying an applicant from employment
- Experience driving to and from client homes in various areas around the designated region with your own vehicle
- Use a Company-issued iPad for data collection

Compensation range: Up to $27/hr. Overtime pay, drive time pay, and other benefits apply.
