About the role
Provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.
Responsibilities
- Support children with autism in a positive, play-based learning environment
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and therapists
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and support one another
- Enjoy a flexible schedule without nights or weekends
- Experience a work-life balance filled with progress, laughter, and purpose
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
