About the role
Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress.
Responsibilities
- Implement learning programs for children on the autism spectrum
- Collect and analyze data to track progress
- Provide individualized support and encouragement to children
- Collaborate with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and practicum students
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
