About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Monitor and document client progress in real-time
- Collaborate with a team of therapists and caregivers to ensure consistent care
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the changing needs of each child
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case updates and strategies
- Provide support and encouragement to foster a positive learning environment
Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments
Qualifications
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is not required
- Willingness to undergo paid training in ABA therapy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families

Schedule
