About the role

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
  • Monitor and document client progress
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to provide consistent care
  • Adapt therapy sessions to meet the changing needs of each child
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about working with children with autism
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
