About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Monitor and document client progress in real-time
- Collaborate with a supportive team to provide comprehensive care
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the changing needs of each child
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies
Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation

- Strong interpersonal skills and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about helping children with autism and special needs
- Willingness to undergo paid training in ABA therapy

Physical Requirements
