Physical Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with WEAP's values.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment.
• Able to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
• Able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation.
