Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work part-time hours one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with Total Spectrum's values
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans
• Maintain continuous visual and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment
• Complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Michigan residents require a valid drivers license
