Behavior Technician

About the role

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism, hiring both experienced and entry‑level behavior therapists and Behavior Technicians (BTs). The team emphasizes constant training and support so each therapist can deliver the highest level of care. Succeed ABA provides primarily in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1‑21 and prides itself on high levels of communication, support, and guidance. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop skills that promote independence throughout life.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of the client.

Requirements

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently, depending on program needs.

Pay

High hourly pay rate of $20.00–$28.00 per hour.
