Job Description
Rise Children's Center is hiring Behavior Technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians to join our all-in-clinic ABA Department. We are a new state-of-the-art facility serving individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We strive to create a client-centric, supportive, and dependable environment for the families and populations we serve.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Driver's License (required)
- Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Behavior Technicians Will:
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Implement individualized programs focusing on increasing independence in activities of daily living, social skills, gross and fine motor, functional communication, and play
- Collect and analyze data on skills and target behaviors
- Build strong rapport with families and children served
- Maintain a positive attitude to foster a collaborative work environment with BCBA's, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
