About the role
Behavior Technician providing one-on-one in-home support to children on the Autism Spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Assist children with social, communication, and behavioral goals.
- Document progress and milestones.
- Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Help children develop social and communication skills, follow behavior plans, and track progress.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 18 years old.
- College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant experience (e.g., child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, ABA therapist, or behavior technician).
