Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents
- Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills
- Follow behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Track progress and document session notes
- Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team
Requirements
- Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
- Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius (ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required)
- Schedule requirements: Afternoon availability (after school hours), at least 4 days per week, occasional weekend availability may be requested
