Behavior Technician
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician - Autism Services, you will play a vital role in our mission to empower clients and their families with personalized behavioral therapy. You will work closely with our clinical experts to design and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide high-quality in-home therapy services. Your expertise will help our clients achieve meaningful and measurable improvement, and experience long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians
- Provide in-home behavioral therapy services to clients with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with clinical experts to design and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, including behavioral data and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on client progress and discuss best practices
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
