Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
- Six months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is required.
- Six months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one in our school setting with a wide variety of autistic/emotional support students.
- Help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals according to their Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP).
- Implement and follow through with behavior plans and individualized reinforcement systems.
- Provide behavioral and physical interventions as needed, ranging from prompting to physical restraint.
- Uphold the company mission and core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or Personal Care Aide experience is preferred.
- Paid training is provided.

Pay and Schedule
Earn $20.00 hourly, Monday – Friday, up to 30 hours per week. This is not a full-time position.
