About the Role
We are seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver high-quality, individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide 1:1 treatment, support parent training, collect data, and monitor client progress. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring ethical service delivery across various settings, and maintaining detailed records.
Responsibilities
- Complete required training
- Implement ABA interventions and support skill development
- Collaborate with BCBA and team members
- Support caregiver training
- Document progress and communicate with families
- Provide services in multiple settings as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience working with children preferred
- Current or pursuing a Bachelor's in psychology, teaching, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Pass background check
