Behavior Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver high-quality, individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide 1:1 treatment, support parent training, collect data, and monitor client progress. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring ethical service delivery across various settings, and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training
• Implement ABA interventions and support skill development
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members
• Support caregiver training
• Document progress and communicate with families
• Provide services in multiple settings as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience working with children preferred
• Current or pursuing a Bachelor's in psychology, teaching, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Pass background check
