About the role
Little Stars Therapy Services seeks a Behavior Technician to join our team. This role involves providing behavioral support to clients in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior plans based on assessments
- Provide direct support to clients to improve their behavior
- Collaborate with therapists and families to enhance treatment outcomes
- Document client progress and communicate with supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
