About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with a supportive team to provide comprehensive care
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the changing needs of each child
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and strategies
Requirements
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- State-specific RBT requirements (see above)

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children
- Passionate about supporting individuals with autism and special needs
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
