With our ABA Services in Greater Boston and center based services Chelmsford, Massachusetts, we help our clients learn self-reflection, self-regulation protocols, and adaptive social skills that are useful in their daily lives. Thus, we treat our clients and their families as our collaborators in finding effective ways for them to deal with their issues. Our licensed and well-trained professionals do not only assist our clients, but we also provide their loved ones and caregivers the support that they need to deal with the challenges that they may face as they help their loved ones.

About the role

At Key Connections ABA Services, LLC, we are dedicated to helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavior Therapists to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Collect and record data on client progress during each session
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client interactions
  • Ensure client safety and promote positive learning experiences across home, center, and community settings

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Degree or coursework in Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans

Qualifications
