Behavior Technician
About the role
At Key Connections ABA Services, LLC, we are dedicated to helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavior Therapists to join our growing team.Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data on client progress during each session
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client interactions
- Ensure client safety and promote positive learning experiences across home, center, and community settings
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Degree or coursework in Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
