Behavior Technician

About the role

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
