Behavior Technician

About the role

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. As a BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data and document client progress, create a safe and engaging session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks

Pay

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour
• Paid training opportunities available
