About the role
Join Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency in New Jersey. We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs)—experienced or just starting out—to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. RBT certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy highly preferred
- RBT certification a plus, not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks

Pay
- Behavior Technician (BT) Rate: $20–$25/hour
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Rate (if certified): $22–$28/hour
