About the Role
As a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will assist in the implementation of ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work closely with children and families to develop meaningful skills, facilitate functional communication, and promote independence and real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of ABA therapy programs developed by BCBAs
- Work closely with children and families to develop meaningful skills, facilitate functional communication, and promote independence and real-world outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, schools, and other professionals, to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress monitoring
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship programs to ensure ongoing skill development and professional growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a part-time/per diem schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional resilience and ability to work with children and families with varying needs
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $22 - $35.
