About the role
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, is looking for a rewarding career, and wants to make a difference!
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Some travel may be required for this position.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

Qualifications
ICAN provides all training needed to obtain the Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
