About the Role
We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. As a BT, you’ll:
- Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
- Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- RBT certification is a plus but not required.
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
- Willingness to complete a background check.

Pay
$20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62 per mile for travel.
