What You'll Do:
- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- Support the educational experience by assisting in the classroom setting, promoting learning, engagement, and social development.
- Create and assist in facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school appropriate behavior for children.

Requirements:
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
- College enrollment or degree preferred
Training and Development:
- RBT Certification Support: 40-hour training, competency assessment, and exam support provided.
- Ongoing Supervision: Weekly BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supervision and feedback.
- Professional Development: Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles within FronteraCare.

$22.00-29.00 per hour depending on experience
