Behavior Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing therapeutic support in home settings. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions as guided by a licensed therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions
• Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document sessions and client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities

• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
