Behavior Technician

About the role

We are seeking high-quality Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in Pasadena, MD. This is a full-time position with flexible weekday days (Monday- Friday 4:15-6:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 1 year working with children under 10 years old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
• If not already credentialed as an RBT with the BACB, we will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
• Must have access to transportation and be prompt to each appointment.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Respectful and compassionate.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 20 lbs.
• Able to sit on the ground.
