Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in a primarily center-based settings with occasional home-based services as needed.
- Teach important life skills like communication, play, self-help, and social skills using proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.
- Work closely with an onsite BCBA who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and real-time support during your sessions.
- Collect data and document sessions accurately.
- Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
- Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Transportation: Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing and able to travel between different sites.

- Valid driver's license and proof of Auto insurance required.
- Preferred experience: Experience with autism and related disorders, experience working with children ages 0-16, and/or Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs; sit in a child size chair or on the floor and quickly switch from sitting to standing; walk, jog, or run quickly.
