Responsibilities
- Directly implement evidence-based intervention for children with autism, under the BCBA direction.
- Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
- Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
- Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
- Data collection on target behaviors and designated training goals.
- Documentation of daily progress notes for contracting source.
- Implementing behavioral interventions with the client.
- Aid in clinical duties such as making stimuli for clients.
- Follow guidelines set forth for RBTs by the BACB Competencies.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass required background checks
- Possess a fingerprint clearance card
- Playful and creative
- Experience with children
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong initiative
- Professional ability to use a variety of technological applications
- Must have reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Can work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Physical requirements: ability to sit and stand for extended periods, climb, jump, run, move quickly, exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an iPad and computer keyboard

Schedule
Mondays-Fridays 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
No weekends
