Responsibilities

• Directly implement evidence-based intervention for children with autism, under the BCBA direction.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
• Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
• Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
• Data collection on target behaviors and designated training goals.
• Documentation of daily progress notes for contracting source.
• Implementing behavioral interventions with the client.
• Aid in clinical duties such as making stimuli for clients.
• Follow guidelines set forth for RBTs by the BACB Competencies.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass required background checks
• Possess a fingerprint clearance card
• Playful and creative
• Experience with children
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong initiative
• Professional ability to use a variety of technological applications
• Must have reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Can work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Physical requirements: ability to sit and stand for extended periods, climb, jump, run, move quickly, exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an iPad and computer keyboard
