Behavior Technician
About the role
Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays. We deliver individualized therapy and collaborate closely with families to support meaningful progress beyond therapy sessions. This role is designed for individuals who are early in their ABA career and motivated to earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with structured training and support. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children during scheduled therapy sessions. Using play, routines, and structured activities, you will help children build communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills while learning foundational ABA principles. You will follow an individualized treatment plan developed by a licensed supervisor and receive ongoing coaching as you work toward RBT certification.
