About the Role

We’re looking for a certain kind of person—someone who kneels down to a child's eye level, patiently brings the same positivity to the tenth try as the first, and celebrates small wins like they’re monumental. If this sounds like you, you could be one of our teammates who change lives. No prior experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills.

You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. This role is guided by clinical leadership that’s actively present, ensuring you’re never on an island. You’ll receive strong mentorship, real career pathways into leadership, and a collaborative culture that values your expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), following individualized treatment plans.
  • Build skills through play, connection, and a supportive presence that helps children feel safe enough to try.
  • Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
  • Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
  • Prepare for and obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within your first 45 days of employment.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliability—showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on challenging days.
  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment (we provide training and support).
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside children when needed.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • $500 referral bonus.
  • Paid time off, holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement.
  • Full health benefits for full-time team members.
  • 1:1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloads.
  • Career pathway to become a BCBA with our BCBA Rise Scholarship program, providing up to $10,000 in financial support for your Master’s degree.
