Clinical Leadership

You're never on an island. You’ll receive strong clinical mentorship, real career pathways into leadership, and colleagues who treat your expertise like it matters. Because it does.

Paid Training

  • Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers.

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment.
  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans.
  • Build skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try.
  • Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
  • Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
  • Prepare for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay
  • No RBT yet? Start at $18–$20/hour with paid training to become an RBT in 45 days
  • RBT certified? Start at least $19/hour, with opportunities to grow to $29/hour
  • 401(k) with company match
  • $500 referral bonus
  • Paid time off, holiday pay
  • No dress code, everyday casual clothing
  • Full health benefits for full-time team members
  • 1:1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloads
  • A career pathway to become a BCBA with our BCBA Rise Scholarship program that provides up to $10,000 in financial support for your Master’s degree

What We’re Looking For

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Why This Work?

  • Help children with autism discover their potential and help their families thrive
  • Support each other’s progress in our individual journeys and push the industry to improve, day after day
  • Turn difficult circumstances into small moments of progress, and eventually into big steps forward
  • This work isn't luck or magic. It's relentless and demanding — guided by scientific rigor and fueled by the kind of steady, sensitive care that only our teammates can bring
  • Compassionate, creative problem-solvers who can't help but want to make people's lives better
