Behavior Technician

About the role

We’re looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team in Odessa, TX. This role involves providing 1:1 support in homes or communities, helping children build foundational skills for a more connected and regulated life. You will work closely with families and our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community setting
• Implement and support personalized growth plans developed by BCBA
• Engage meaningfully with children and families during sessions
• Track progress and share insights with BCBA and other team members
• Communicate effectively with families to ensure they feel heard and included

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or community locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Passionate about supporting individuals with autism and their families
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
